Treat Yourself with a Refreshing Peach and Mint Smoothie
Smoothies are probably the easiest food for breakfast. I love how they give you energy and make you feel full for quite a long time. There can be a lot of variations for a nice smoothie, but this time I made this wonderful peach and mint smoothie.
- 3 peaches peeled
- 1 banana
- 100g natural yogurt
- 60g coconut oil
- 5 leafs of mint (fresh or frozen)
- 1 handful raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Blend coconut oil, yogurt, honey, and mint leafs
- Start adding banana, raspberries, and peaches
- Blend until smooth. If you want it sweeter, just add another teaspoon of honey.
