Treat Yourself with a Refreshing Peach and Mint Smoothie

Smoothies are probably the easiest food for breakfast. I love how they give you energy and make you feel full for quite a long time. There can be a lot of variations for a nice smoothie, but this time I made this wonderful peach and mint smoothie.

You'll need

  • 3 peaches peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 100g natural yogurt
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 5 leafs of mint (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to

  1. Blend coconut oil, yogurt, honey, and mint leafs
  2. Start adding banana, raspberries, and peaches
  3. Blend until smooth. If you want it sweeter, just add another teaspoon of honey.
  4. Enjoy!
