Make your Own Energizing Coffee and Cinnamon Body Scrub

If you are a coffee drinker you'll love the smell of this body scrub. What's even more amazing – it will give you a boost of energy that will last throughout the day. Though if you are sensitive to caffeine, I do not recommend using it in the evening because you'll have hard time falling asleep.

You'll need

  • 50g coffee grounds
  • 50g sugar or sea salt
  • 40g coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • A jar

How to

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. If you need, you can add more coconut oil to make it more moist.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar.

Tips

  • The body scrub you've just made can be used for up to 6 months.
  • While having a shower, apply the scrub generously on wet body and gently massage it in circular motions.
  • The results will be visible if the scrub is used regularly.
